Preparing the 4th mobility in Greece

During the mobility to Bulgaria, we created two code week activities, one to name our robot and the other for our traditional games. Here are our certifications.
During the 3rd Erasmus meeting in Sofia-Bulgaria, we created with scratch sort videos to name our robot mascot, and after that, the participant pupils vote for it. We also shared the google form with our students that were not in Bulgaria. For the best dissemination, we shared the google form on the code week FB page to vote for more teachers who love programming and coding. We separated into 6 international groups and kids from Belgium, Bulgaria, Italy, Greece, Latvia, and Spain worked on it.
Six students and three teachers from Greece participated in the 3rd mobility to Bulgaria from 21-26 November 2022. The kids who participated in the mobility wrote their memories in a diary.
PRESS ONE GREEK TRADITIONAL GAME TO SEE THE DIARY
Paola from Italy prepared the activity for Hour of code. All the partners sign in to the activity on the code week page and we arranged to have an online meeting with our students.
The kids chose to play the game from code.org page, save the oceans. On the 9th of December at 9.30 cet in the morning met online with our partners.
Our pupils were enthusiastic about this meeting and the kids discussed the necessity of artificial intelligence in our life.
During the 1st mobility, Frederique, the coordinator of the project, ask from the greek team to learn to the Belgian students the Greek alphabet. As she said, at the Lyceum the pupils can choose to study classical studies, which means that the students learn ancient Greek and Latin languages. It was an amazing moment in our project.
During our first mobilities, we share a google doc to write on it useful web 2.0 tools that we can use.
We participate in code week activities with two online meetings
For #CodeWeek 2021 the members of the project decided to collaborate and teach each other something. Fun and engaging activities were created for all the participating students:
Scratch lesson for the "I am not a robot" ERASMUS+ partners
32 Primary School of Piraeus hosted a lesson to teach students in the project how to use Scratch. Simultaneous events were created in partner schools.

We discuss in an online meeting on the 8th of September about the first mobility to Belgium. We also discuss the first activity, to present our town and our country with a scratch animation video.
At first, the partners suggest the unplugged activities that they used for the younger pupils.
From Bulgarian team
I would like to suggest one more game that introduces the concepts "sequence" and "algorithm". It comes from the Wonder Workshop unplugged activities and I believe it is quite nice.
Preparation: Print one set of arrows and robots for each pair. You can find the pdf here.
1) Split the class into pairs.
2) Have each pair place 9 pieces of paper on the floor in the shape of a square (A4 works great).
3) Have them place Dot (the smaller robot) on one piece of paper and place Dash (the bigger robot) on another piece of paper. It doesn’t matter which pieces of paper the children choose.
4) Have students cut out the arrows from the pdf.
5) Have students lay the arrows on the floor or a desk in a sequence that will direct Dash (the bigger robot) to find Dot (the smaller robot).
6) Have student pairs switch algorithms with another group.
● Have each new group follow the arrow algorithm exactly as is and leave a sticky note of feedback for the algorithm owners.
● Have the algorithm owners return to their algorithms and respond to the feedback. If the sequence of arrows in the algorithm is wrong, encourage the algorithm owner to make changes.
● Have groups rotate to another algorithm and repeat the process.
You can easily introduce the definitions of "sequence" and "algorithm" after the activity :)
